Get answers to common questions about Full Legs Wax.
Most clients enjoy hair-free legs for three to six weeks, depending on hair growth rate, hormonal changes, and aftercare. Regular waxing can lengthen intervals between treatments by reducing hair density and slowing regrowth over time.
Avoid exfoliating or shaving for 24 to 48 hours before your appointment and arrive with clean, dry skin. Trim excessively long hair if needed, and inform your therapist about medications or sensitivities to ensure a comfortable, safe waxing session.
Temporary redness or sensitivity is normal for a few hours to days; serious irritation is rare. To reduce ingrown hairs, exfoliate gently after 48 hours, moisturize regularly, and follow our aftercare. Contact us if persistent irritation or infection appears.
Optimal hair length is about a quarter inch (6 mm), allowing wax to grip properly. If hair is shorter, waxing may be less effective; if too long, we can trim gently. Your therapist will assess and advise for a smooth, comfortable result.
We recommend avoiding shaving between appointments, as it disrupts hair growth timing and can cause uneven regrowth. If necessary, wait until 48 hours before your next waxing. Regular waxing rather than shaving delivers longer-lasting smoothness and finer regrowth.
Most healthy adults can receive Full Legs Wax; however, pregnancy, certain medications (like retinoids or blood thinners), skin conditions, or recent sunburn may affect eligibility. Inform us about medications, allergies, or medical history so we can customize or postpone treatment safely.
