Get answers to common questions about Chemical Peel – Full Arm.
A consultation precedes application of a professional-grade peel across both arms. You may feel tingling or warmth; treatment typically lasts 30–45 minutes. A neutralizer and soothing balm are applied afterward. Skin will peel over several days, revealing smoother, refreshed arms.
Downtime is typically minimal to moderate. Expect redness, tightness, and light flaking for several days depending on peel depth. Most clients resume daily activities quickly but should avoid direct sun and strenuous exercise until skin has healed to maximize results.
Most clients report mild to moderate stinging or warmth during application. We apply professional formulations and follow with cooling, hydrating products to minimize discomfort. Topical numbing is available for very sensitive skin or for deeper peels upon request.
Many clients see significant improvement after one session, especially for superficial concerns. For deeper sun damage or persistent pigment irregularities, a series of treatments spaced four to six weeks apart typically yields optimal, cumulative results.
Ideal candidates have sun-damaged, rough, or unevenly pigmented arm skin and are in good overall health. Those with active infections, keloid tendency, or recent isotretinoin use may not be suitable and should consult during pre-treatment evaluation.
Avoid excessive sun exposure and stop retinoids or harsh exfoliants as directed before your appointment. Afterward, keep skin moisturized, apply broad-spectrum SPF daily, avoid picking peeling skin, and follow all post-care instructions to support healing and maintain results.
